The Loop of this attractive Dominican rosary is made of 50 - 6mm blue reconstituted shell Ave Maria beads, 6 - 9mm metal Pater Noster St. Benedict beads joined at the center with a Monstrance Centerpiece and the along the Pendant hanging down from the Centerpiece has 3 - 6mm blue reconstituted shell beads. And two 9mm metal Pater Noster St. Benedict beads. These beads are officially known as the Antiphon Beads and are strung from the Centerpiece with a Pardon Crucifix hanging from the bottom of the Pendant.
This two-sided centerpiece is a detailed replica of a monstrance, a vessel that carries the consecrated Host in processions and is displayed at certain devotional ceremonies. The center piece shows a circular pane in the middle (where the Host would be displayed) surrounded by a sunburst of metal rays positioned on top of an ornate stand. The back side shows the same design as the front. Made in Italy, this rosary centerpiece features a silver-oxidized finish that adds depth and intricate detail. The centerpiece measures 13/16".
These two beauties in stock are 2nd class relics that were touched to a bone of the forearm of St. Jude Thaddeus. All are beautiful homages to the Most Blessed Sacrament and Our Lady.
